President Obama returns next month to the scene of one of his biggest political triumphs: Berlin.

Obama, who as a presidential candidate spoke to a crowd of more than 200,000 people in Berlin on July 24, 2008, returns as president on June 18-19 for talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, her office said Friday.
