but isn't communism the belief in a community coming together to help each other, almost like equality for everyone? its almost like we are 'brainwashed' into thinking 'survival of the fittest' aka 'capitalism' aka 'working for one self' is good and 'socialism' or 'communism' aka working to help your fellow man (the community as a whole) is so bad... why?

...on a larger scale, say like if we (our planet) we're attacked by outside forces ('aliens') would we not all pull together as a planet and fight and live as one?

these are just questions for pondering, im not 'leaning' one way or another... (before one of you 'arm chair Generals' launches one my way.) lol.
