Even the Bread at Subway is toxic.
Even the bread at Subway is toxic.

Instead of using olive, sunflower, or peanut oil, they chose to use soybean oil. They could have claimed ignorance if they had used canola oil, but the dangers of soy have been known for decades. Soy is always toxic, typically genetically engineered, and it is the primary reason why health-destroying hormone problems are so prevalent in America. The hysteria surrounding soy as a health food ended long ago. It is used because it is cheap, not safe.

Chicken Breast Strips: Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts with rib meat, water, soy protein concentrate, salt, modified food starch, chicken flavor (contains salt, autolyzed yeast extract, sugar, molasses, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, sodium phosphates), and sodium phosphates.

Banana Peppers: Banana peppers, water, distilled vinegar, salt, calcium chloride, sodium benzoate, (preservative), sodium metabisulfite (preservative), yellow #5, natural flavors, polysorbate 80.

UPDATE: We finally received the response shown below from Subway corporate after finishing this article. Notice that they do not fully "indorse" G.E. foods. They only partially endorse genetically engineered foods. Isn't that fresh?

Subway sucks. Everytime Ieat there I question my sanity and it's never that good. I am using my crockpot more often to avoid that lazy feeling of wanting fast food instead of cooking. I never actually want it, it's just convenience. But food is so important to our health and we spend so little time feeding ourselves properly. These places truly do serve poison. I am so done with them all.

Tip-the gluten free bun is better than the regular bun. Many non celiacs ask for it.

Didn't know they had that. Look into all their sandwich sauces. Most of them contain soy. Other from that, they import vegetables from Mexico.

Have any pesticides been banned in the U.S.?

The majority of pesticides currently used in the U.S. are probably less toxic than DDT and other banned pesticides, including aldrin, dieldrin, endrin, and heptachlor. However, many pesticides banned from use in the U.S. are shipped to other countries, such as Mexico, which then, in turn, send foods treated with these pesticides back to the U.S. Although more than 600 pesticides are currently used in the U.S

Yeah, food poisoning suks. I had it once.

The known causes of food poisoning can be divided into two categories: infectious agents and toxic agents.

Infectious agents include viruses, bacteria, and parasites.
Toxic agents include poisonous mushrooms, improperly prepared exotic foods (such as barracuda - ciguatera toxin), or pesticides on fruits and vegetables.

Food usually becomes contaminated from poor sanitation or preparation. Food handlers who do not wash their hands after using the bathroom or have infections themselves often cause contamination. Improperly packaged food stored at the wrong temperature also promotes contamination.

That makes you want to eat out... right! lol

The smell of Subway makes me gag when I have walked in. Half of the shit they use is not fresh or good for you. It has been many years since I ate one of the shitty subs.

Yes! Most all breads. Thanks for the video and links!

If you see a older guy walking around that looks like they are pregnant it's most likely "wheat Belly" from not being able to digest the wheat. Most people call it beer belly.

Is there a safe bread to make?
