In order for neutrons to end up as part of a nucleus there needs to be fusion or fission.

Fission is simply the splitting of heavier elements into lighter ones and fusion is the fusing of lighter atoms into heavier ones.Adding a neutron to the nucleus of an atom is neither alchemy nor fusion. In order for fusion to occur the atomic NUMBER has to increase (protons), not just the atomic MASS! You are completely ignorant of the fundamentals and certainly in no position to criticize ME! I guess you missed the part of where do your outside neutrons come from
