What E=Mc2 tends to insinuate is that mass or matter at rest is moving at the speed of light on a atomic/subatomic level when the majority of it's not moving anywhere near the speed of light at all. It is not possible to obtain this kind of energy from any process involving mass unless it is accelerated to C, including obliteration by anti matter.
