I got one against my wife,she is a addict and would show up where I live with my kids and then call the cops and lie to them trying to get me arrested. I went to court and they said that my statement wasn't strong enough of a reason so they told me to make something up. Sorry to say this OP but write off your relationship with your kid unless you are willing to live in a world of shit because of the mother. Your best move to to hire a Lawyer and only communicate with your ex through him/her. She will poison your child against you but if you can document it,you can win a case against her for parental alienation. |
