I doubt that Obama is ever at ease when he has to speak off the cuff as he is incapable of cohesive thought and sentence formation. Notice he was studying a cheat sheet near the beginning while Putin was talking. He tries making few retarded remarks about Putin and judo at the end which is about all he can come up with on his own. Sadly, he's an affirmative action hire who is expected to perform way above his capabilities and fails even as a figurehead. He succeeds only at being an acute embarrassment on the world stage, as I'm sure that most leaders realise that he is controlled by his handlers.
