waterman - Your not understanding, the event has already been fulfilled. It was fulfilled around the time of, 'Comet Elenin' which drew so much attention back then. Go through YouTube and look into it, or look at Apollo's thread on here regarding Revelation 12.

Hello mate,
I did invite PJ to join this thread since i believe it could be a very interesting debate with the 3 of you. He's very well versed in scriptures.

D. You haven't the slightest idea what you are doing. Debating is not in the nature of God's spirit. Persuading is after the nature of the spirit. Nevertheless, to purposely set up a situation to induce contention among brethren is not after the attitude of the spirit.

I have no reservation about debating anyone. Nevertheless, no one but the spirit decides who I shall be forced to debate and who I will not bother to waste the effort. With all due respect I have no intention of entering a spiritual skirmish in the hope it will meet your own personal need for entertainment. Sorry but I will not fall into any schemes of nefarious tactics, whether intentional or not. I don't surf the threads for the purpose of debating, but the hope of exhortation and edification alone is my spiritual desire. I believe intentional debates are of the playing field of the enemy. It brings forth wrongful contentions and induces resentful attitudes in hubris men.

We as members of the body of Christ are not purposed in disagreement, though often we are, but our need is to seek the unity that we obtain in Christ and even more so in these latter days.

I know your intentions were perhaps honorable, but you must better discern things spiritually, as you would utilize common sense in the physical realm. It would not be your desire to encourage brothers to fight one another in the physical to satisfy your own curiosity as to whose strikes brings forth the greater need of your own lustful fulfillment. Even, regardless, of the painful strikes against one another in that battle, as long as your need is meant.

Purposely debating spiritual matters for show, are the desires of the searchings of babes in Christ (milk drinkers.) Even though sometime it falls against the meat eaters for necessities of pointing out clearer doctrine. Unity, however, is preferred within the family.

I believe this individual purposely made several insults against waterman a few weeks back on one of the more popular threads. I also I'm sure that I and waterman both had some contention with him on that same thread, many months ago. I can assure you he was not that well versed (not even realizing that scripture declares the two witnesses as prophets.) This individual had no idea that they were spoken of as prophets in the word, even though he claims to be one of the two. Nevertheless, that is beside the point.

However, if you wish to wet your appetite to a degree; waterman and I both debated him somewhat on that thread several months ago, about the two witness, if you desire to read things of debating purposes. I believe this man lives for contention, but he greatly lacks in its defense or the erudition of scripture verses. I believe waterman might remember that thread we debated him on, if you are interested.

God Bless.

Dear ExploringTheTruth,

I have read some of the posts on this thread that I was invited by you to visit: "Woman clothed in the Sun with the Moon under her feet," and one of the posts from the American "Anonomous Coward 22728347" tells both you and me that I am rather not welcome to this thread. Here is what he says, even including some DOWNRIGHT LIES imputed to me.

Let me tell you what those lies of his are:

1) It is a lie by him to say that I am not even realizing that Scripture declares the two witnesses as prophets, for I have never denied that they will become also prophets, which is what Scripture does tell us. I have not been so stupid, as some people have, as to say that the two witnesses were prophets already when they were witnesses, for in that case they cannot become what they already are!

2) It is a lie by him to say that I have no idea that [the two witnessesees] are spoken of as prophets in [Scripture], for what I do say is that the two witnesses do not start out as prophets but as witnesses, for there is a time period for them first to be witnesses, and only afterwards to be also prophets. There is no basis in Scripture for messing up this biblical fact!

3) What I claim is that I am one of the two witnesses in Rev 11:3, not that I am a prophet as some people dishonestly say that I claim.

4) It is a lie to say that I live for contention instead of saying that I fight those of contention, who always distort Scripture in every possible manner. Those of contention have got no firm basis in Scripture as I do have, so Scripture will be the judge between those of this lie and me.

5) That I greatly lack in the defense or the erudtion of scriptural verses falls on the fact that this person and his likes will all be refuted by my use of scriptures, for my biblical and spiritual sight is such that it makes my words from Scripture come out in a totally orderly manner and in a form that makes it easy for ordinary people to see if they sincerely seek the truth.

Therefore, dear ExploringTheTruth, it is no wonder that those of the apostasy and messing up of Scripture are in opposition to me, even calling me a person living for contention instead of realizing that they are themselves sons of great error and contention, such as God Almighty has promised that He will contend against when He again brings His son forth for all to see.

Greetings from,
PehJeshuah

I think i just realized that The'Lady' may be comet ISON...

She will be 'clothed in the Sun' because she is suppossed to be very bright and visible...

Also, she will literally have the moon under her feet if she appears higher in the sky than the moon...

And isnt she suppossed to be visible about that time of year? (October.)

Very insightful.

He is not starving for spiritual food as much as the true presentation of that spiritual food already prepared. Yet, unable to be correctly delivered by the servers of the food, and brought forth by the waitresses and waiters to the table. Because the so called leaders of the church today have no concept of the true need for the anointing within the Church. So the man-child must eat of the appetizers (eating like crazy) that which brings no nourishment, anticipating that time that the solid food might come forth.

Just got back from a trip I took. So I have been gone most of the day. Just saw your post. Awfully big of you to apologize. I believe it examples your sincerity at almost every level.

To reveal the conversation that took place on that other thread, you can read it for yourself. Most of it took place I believe on pages 436-438, by waterman and I...at "I had some Kind Of Prophetic Dream About The Two Witnesses." I am not sure if the question about the two witnesses are also prophets, is in that area or not. Nevertheless, it is near those pages somewhere. Because I only visited that site at that one time, within a few day period. Judge for yourself through the conversations whether the accusations made against me here on this thread by PJ are correct. I have no ill feelings against anyone, but if those who seek to manipulate others toward cultist practices or are simply jerks of their own making. I can make no excuses for those who seek to cause intentional discord among others.

Hello ac227.
Thanks for your message.
Yes, this is the thread that I also follow at the moment.
I have been communicating with PJ by email a few times since the past few weeks. He is not the reflection of what transpires over the posts I have seen.
This is not a justification just an observation.
God works in different ways with each and everyone and I have good hope that we will all end up agreeing once His work will finally be revealed.

Please accept my sincere apologies.
I was not intending to create distortions on this thread. I sincerely believed that we could all benefit from a debate including different points of view. Boy was I wrong.
I am not here for entertainment, just so that we are clear on that point.
I will now refrain from stepping in a thread that is not mine and stick to questions related to the topic.

I appreciate the sweetness of the desire, of your good hope. I also would like to make an observation, I also have a hope. I hope you will begin to look more closely toward the attitude pj expresses toward everyone that disagrees with him. He calls them son's of the devil. He spews out hateful remarks, and displays revengeful retributive accusation against them, and not just a few does he spew this hateful attitude, but throughout that thread toward many. This you can read for yourself if you backtrack over that thread for a period of time. This is not a solid or faithful attitude for one who claims to be a follower of Christ. It definitely would not be the correct attitude of an instructor in a righteous attitude as all Christians are required to be in the example of the master.

I don't know what work you are waiting for him to reveal, but I can assure you, following the example of the pattern he is on so far...it will not be a pretty work.

Faith is never meant to be operational toward the conclusion as to the character of anyone. Faith is meant to be utilized to please God, and standing strongly on God's word toward the manifestational workings of God's promised unseen evidence [Heb.11:1kjv]. Our faith is never to be demonstrated toward the judgment of others, whether good or bad, only sound discernment is necessary in that case. It is also not our responsibility to work toward a good path, but to fulfill that good path already completed by Jesus on our behalf. Even here say cannot be trusted in my opinion.

Hear say of a person's deeds and evidence of the contrary are two different truths, in paths in opposite directions.

Many claim waterman is also a good man working toward the right path. Nevertheless, as you can see we have to always keep an eye on that rascal....just kidding waterman!

Nevertheless, if you are contented with his teachings who am I. I just have no desire to exchange doctrine with him. When I believe the purpose would be futile in the world of realism with him. Happy for you though if you benefit from his theories, philosophies, conjectures...I mean interpretation of the word.

Nevertheless...God Bless.

Very good! Always follow the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. However, be very cautious with the leading of the heart. As the word warns us;

[Jer.17:9] For the heart is deceitful above all things, and disparately wicked: who can know it?

This following of the heart, is the teachings of the way of the world, and this way leads away from the truth of the word. For all of the world especially of the female persuasion are taught to follow their heart, but this is often the way of the enemy and not the advice of the Word.
Even as the world teaches happiness is the greatest goal, yet, this again is a lie toward destruction, and the falsehood of the ways of the world. For Christ came forth not seeking a life of happiness, but of obedience toward the calling of the Father. So all who belong to him must follow that same example. For such things will eventually lead not only to happiness, but that which is far greater...JOY...and the fullness thereof.

[Ps.33:12} Happy is the nation whose Lord is God.

The ways of the world and the advice thereof, leads to death.

[1John.2:15kjv] Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man Love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

[1John.2:16kjv] For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

[1John.2:17kjv] And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.

Never trust the heart alone. I have learned hard lessons that way through the years.

I posses no wisdom, I only stumble along in blind trust, and great fear, that I might not say that which would dishonor the word, and bring down upon my head the Lord's displeasure. As often through the years I have done so. Nevertheless, his anger has no power against the forgiveness he displays when ask for such, in sincerity. Oh! The joy of his grace, when granted, supersedes all powers.

I never know what I am to say before I start writing a response to anything. That would take intellect of a greater ability than I possess. I only trust the Lord to be my guide in my responses. Except of course for those subjects I have studied on for many years, through the word and the Spirit's leading. These of course are often my own thoughts as well, and of course shortcomings are often prevalent as well. Nevertheless, I thank you for your kind remarks.

Yes, I agree that the heart / emotions should not blindly lead someone, and that the Spirit should always accompany our decisions.

To me, Heart & Spirit cannot be separated.
Emotions and feelings are our greatest tools to understand our surroundings, but just like any tool, it can either end up being helpful or misused to harm others or self. That's why they usually come with a manual. ;))

I believe that someone who blindly follows scriptures without using his heart will never be able to grasp the underlying truth of the word, even with guidance from the Spirit, for the Spirit is everywhere and with everyone.

Therefore by simply helping someone to find his heart, you can achieve great work. This is why it is a matter of patience and faith as opposed to rejection and certainty.

Therefore by simply helping someone to find his heart, you can achieve great work. This is why it is a matter of patience and faith as opposed to rejection and certainty.

I must capitalize...Heart, Spirit and Soul in this statement to emphasize my point. I hope through this process you might better understand. The word Spirit in this instance is sometime in reference to both the Spirit of man, and sometimes the Spirit of God, but mostly it will be in reference to the Spirit of man. Follow me as best as you can, it is very late here and I am very tired so hope not too many mistakes take place.

"To me, Heart and Spirit cannot be separated."

Of course the Heart and Spirit can be separated! and will be operational often in separate roles. One should always operate in faith, for in that realm is the voice of the Spirit. On the other hand the Heart is at the mercy of the Spirit and the Soul. Betwixt the two rest the Heart's abode. Emotions and feelings have nothing to do with the Heart or Spiritual reactions of any functioning body. Emotions and feeling are of the operation of the Soul, totally different then the Spirit or the Heart in this instance. This is why the Heart can be deceitful as the word declares, but it does not mean that the heart is always disparately wicked as the word declares...only when it is obedient to the evil wishes of the Soul, can it be deceitful and wicked. For it is through the Soul of man that Satan operates...not through man's spirit. for Satan cannot operate within the spirit of man for two simple reasons.

FIRST, if any man (generically speaking) has never had a redemptive (rebirth) experience in Christ, his (man's) Spirit cannot come to life. Therefore, all who have not received Christ as their savior remain dead in their fallen (dead spirit) state. Even as God declared to our father... "on the day ye eat thereof ye shall surely die!" (paraphrased). So Satan has no operational power against a dead Spirit inside the lost, but he operates through their Souls (emotions and feelings). That is Satan's playground and he drags the Heart along for the Heart's only safety, is in the Spirit, but if the Spirit be dead within the body, there remains no grace.
However, if the heart is obedient to the Spirit then it is of a faithful service before God. Only those whom God recognizes as his through rebirth are of the make-up of living or born again Spirits.

So SECONDLY, every man (generically speaking) that is born again has come alive again in their Spirit. Therefore, the Heart of the child of God can find its safety in the Spirit, that seeks to live in the realm of faith.. here is the realm that is pleasing to God, and the abode for the Heart where Satan cannot and has no desire to reside. Now the Heart has a choice as to who to yield..the calling of the Spirit alive in God/faith or the emotional/touchy/feeling reaction. Do not get me wrong the Soul is not always a weapon against its maker, for many times emotions/feeling are of a good thing. Nevertheless, we must carefully use discernment to distinguish whose voice is speaking. For there are many voices speaking to the soul, to command the Heart. For the Spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.

I hope you didn't misunderstand me when I said I blindly TRUST. I did not say I blindly follow SCRIPTURE, as you seem to indicate. I can assure you that through the years I was compelled by God's Spirit to memorized many, many, and many more, hundreds of verses of God's word. and I also memorized several of Gods books in the Scriptures. I do not say this to boast, but to demonstrate I do not follow God's word blindly..but with my eyes open and opened. Even at the beginning of my conversion to Christ I sought to do his service and in my first two years in him alone, I read and consumed a thousand Christian books. I am not following my Lord or his word or his ways blindly, but I entered in fully aware of the circumstances of a final service to his order.

God Bless.

Hello AC227,
It is difficult for me to properly explain what I mean in english, since it is not my mother tongue.

I am not contented by anyone's teachings nor do I take anybody's word as Truth. I am just following my heart and whatever the spirit inspires me to do.

I believe this is also what you have been doing on a daily basis, for the past 40 years. I always sense a lot of truth and wisdom in your words, this I will never deny.

For English not being your mother tongue you express your self nicely.

Very good! Always follow the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. However, be very cautious with the leading of the heart. As the word warns us;

Hello buddy,
Hope you managed to have a good rest.

Sorry, I was not specifically talking about you regarding the "blindly thingy", it was just a general observation.

Funny you would talk about re-birth too, this is exactly the word I use to describe my experience almost 10 years ago now.

I do understand your points above eventho I could have never expressed them the way you did. I come from a Christian background but at some point I had to leave God for God. I have pilled up a large amount of spiritual experiences since my re-birth that I am now confronting with scriptures and people like you. Thanks again for your inputs and taking the time to answer.

It is an extremely positive experience since the more I learn and listen, the more it confirms my believes. It is an incredible feeling.

Now I think we should get back to the main topic, I am worried that waterman will end up banishing us both for hijacking his thread. :)))))

"I have faith based on discussions I had that he's a good man working toward the right path."

The word "heart" shows up over 1000 times in the Bible. By citing one particular verse, you don't do the Word justice and don't give it the correct context.

Deuteronomy 11:18
you shall lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul; and you shall bind them for a sign on your hand, and they shall be for symbols between your eyes.

Matt.5.8
“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God."

God sees through everyone's heart. Can see all intentions, thoughts, wishes, desires, hurts, etc. Matt.15.19
For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false witness, slander. So even if someone "claims" to have a pure heart, only God knows for sure. Only the pure of heart will listen to the everlasting gospel with a pure faith that leads to salvation.
Matt.15.8
“This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me;"

Please don't misdirect "ExploringTheTruth" because he is drawn to the everlasting gospel and being attracted to the true meaning of the Word of God.

Mark.2.8
And immediately Jesus, perceiving in his spirit that they thus questioned within themselves, said to them, “Why do you question these things in your hearts?

Thank you in advance for not leading people astray.

Thanks RML :o)

I am not being led astray by anyone, no worries.

I just consider that in order to build myself up, I have to listen to what everyone have to say. Everyone carries part of the truth!

People like AC227, Waterman, PJ, yourself, are so far helping me a lot.
