Unfortunately he was not charged fo assault, but he did grab his wife by the throat and apparently try to squeeze her nose in public, whilst at a restaurant (see images below).

Nigela is famous for her food shows and her voloptous figire and has been on several shows and is quite a hot momma, but she does not deserve to be attacked the way she was and this is yet another example of women being mistreated by men, which is unacceptable as they are equals.

I hope she gets a TV talk show so we can see more of her goodness and so she can forget about living with a tyrant who she is clearly afraid of.

Also if she is singke then I will be the first to go out on a date with her but I doubt she will leave the rat.
