Is it possible the Syrian situation is escalating and they might shake the market to take focus of severity of situation?

Syria has been priced in ages ago, the market doesnt give a shit about Syria.
The only time it would take notice is if Assad suddenly got nukes and threatened to use them or something, other then that, Syria is a non event imo.
