It looks big enough to "support" a lot of refugees in an emergency.

That is the case, when they still have to figure issues for themselves.

The weather balloon jab is a joke about everything we see in the sky is a weather balloon or a goose or swamp gas.

It would have to be a craft bigger than Jupiter. I don't buy that.

That's a great point, the universe is nearly 14 billion years old. More than enough time to house many type 3 Civs. What would we actually know about their tech? Almost nothing.

No offense taken in the least. You know what? That brings up a good point. I believe when technology gets to a certain state in the universe, the tech becomes 'organic', or uses the universes natural creations which is then 'guided' by advanced consciousness.
