There's no indication that their transponders were off, apart from the idiot chemtard who made the video saying so.

So the question remains, why would the transponders be turned off? Also, these are certainly not contrails here, and anyone with half a brain knows these are indeed chemtrails. What are they hiding? Anyone? That wasn't anything like a near collision, as the planes are clearly more than 1,000ft. from each other at all times. Also, there is nothing to indicate that the planes didn't know about each other. Weak answer....they were indeed unacceptably close...this would be considered an "incident" to be looked into. And your FAA credentials that allow you to determine that they are "indeed unacceptably close" are?
