I don't think it really matters if you believe or don't believe. I think the gist of it is know yourself, be true to yourself, seek the truth and love others.

How's belief in Spirit? I don't necessarily believe in a 'god'. I do, however, believe in Spirit.

I look at Spirit as something that exists within everything. The example I give is, take a ball of dough...roll it out....use human shaped cookie cutters and create people....They all come from the same source, as does everything else.
