The former head of the Security Police of Finland (SUPO), Seppo Tiitinen revealed that the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency CIA operation was once so severe that Security Police of Finland had to address it.
In 1958 and 1960 in Norway and Austria organized summer camps for children, which also participated in the Finnish children. Many of them came from the city of Tampere.
The CIA's top secret MK ULTRA research program related to Norway and Austria organized a summer camp activities, so that these camps involved in the children fed them knowing foreign drugs (the most common substance MK ULTRA experiments, the LSD).
Camps organized a summer village CISV organization does not, however, knew nothing of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency CIA activities at their summer camps.
Finnish Foreign Ministry State Secretary Matti Tuovinen wrote about in her diary at the time that the State Department taking any action on this information became public knowledge.
