Why did they put that large strip of brown over the horizon?

You can also see that the pics don't fit together many places.

I remember when they started sending pictures back from Mars with this thing. They were of such low quality, that I sent NASA a mail, offering them to borrow my camera on the next rover, so maybe we could get some decent pictures.

Seems they had the tech to take very high quality pics there all along. As expected, but I wonder then why they bothered with all the bad pics..

It might just be because lower resolution pictures do not take as long to upload across that vast of a distance. Just might be because they wanted to see what their robot was doing as fast as they could.

You should have e-mailed Charter and told them you need cable internet installed on mars.
