Yup. If they are guilty and there is proof then yes they should be killed or life in prison no parole. You can't reform them. The government just lets them back on the street though. That is who we should really be blaming.

And people should teach their kids about abusers very young to empower them. Again, to make sure they aren't abused don't even leave them alone with relatives or close friends. That means someone stays home with them(no babysitters) at all times and even watches the other parent like a hawk. You just never know. I got all my kids to adult hood with no abuse thankfully because I wasn't taking any chances. They are happy and well adjusted and empowered. But if you can't do this sometimes the worse does happen. Evil is everywhere.
