Trayvon may very well have grown up to be a decent responsible human being... no way you can tell that by his actions as a teenager.

None of this B.S. matters. Does not matter what Trayvon was doing... does not matter why Zimmerman was there.. does not matter if Zimmerman was required to follow orders from a dispatcher, even if he did follow those orders.

The only thing that matters is what transpired when Trayvon confronted Zimmerman. Did Zimmerman believe his life was in danger -- if so, he defended himself.

I saw the pictures with the injuries to Zimmerman. It is a reasonable conclusion that he was on his back and Trayvon was on top of him -- forcing his head onto the ground and causing some serious injuries. Sure, you can come up with other scenarios -- but Zimmerman's version of events is reasonable and is the most likely. He defended himself. Case closed.

If they convict him, I am going to be fucking pissed. I don't like the guy... I think he is a dumb asshole. But even dumb assholes have the right to defend themselves, no matter what the color of the other person... and that is what he did.

The cops did the right thing by not charging him at first. They made the right call.

You can't just go around killing people who rub you the wrong way.

Treyvon was just a sweet innocent yute cut down in the prime of his life. So what if he was scoping out houses, that doesn't make him a bad person. He was just going to do some redistribution of wealth as our president is always talking about!!!

The forensics that are coming out overwhelmingly refuting Zimmerman's claims. You can choose to believe what and who you want to believe, but your opinion bears no weight in the outcome. I suggest you sit back and also listen to evidence that doesn't serve the outcome you want to see.

A young adult and an adult got into an altercation.

They were fighting, and one of them ended up dead.

If you want justice, it needs to be blind. stop calling him an innocent kid. Stop calling him a thug. He was a person. This should have nothing to do with either one of their characters, but the application of our laws in determining the guilt or innocence of a man involved in a fight where he killed the other person.

Emotions cloud logic and reason.

Give the facts of the altercation, decide if Trayvon attacked Zimmerman, or if Zimmerman attacked Trayvon. If he did, was Zimmerman's life in danger to where the use of deadly force was necessary, and admissible by our laws?

So:

Figure out who started the fight

If Zimmerman physically assaulted Trayvon first, then he is guilty of assault, batter, and murder.

If not, then he was defending himself.

Then figure out if the threat of life or limb was necessary enough to use deadly force.

If he was indeed attacked by Trayvon, then was this attack brutal enough that he thought his life was in danger?

If it was, he was simply defending himself, if it wasn't then he should be tried for murder.

look at the facts, and then decide which side is right or wrong.

The thing is why did TM wait for GZ to punch him in the face when he was like 100 yards from his home? If he was just scared and trying to get home why didn't he when he got the opportunity?

The witnesses (before they were tampered with anyway) saw Thugvon on top of Zimmerman beating him up. Thugvon's own father said the voice on the 911 call wasn't his own - until of course his affirmative action low-IQ snivel rights lawyer told him there was no money in that.

Oh, and they sued the homeowners association for money, because someone they'd be responsible. They plan on suing Zimmerman too. They act like they won the fucking lottery, and they probably did - their murderer and rapist-in-training Thugvon wouldn't have done shit for them other than causing trouble.
