There's a lot of weird stuff out there. Goodness if those are ships then they must be absolutely gigantic. Question - why the heck would a spacecraft need wheels! :D
Not sure what to think about the Annunaki. I think they existed and created us but the more that I've read and researched the more I think that Nibiru is a hoax and Sitchen was actually pointing to Saturn. The famous big tablet with "Nibiru" inside the rest of our solar system could easily be Saturn with all its moons. Lord knows the role Saturn has played in our world religions. The Annunaki could have come from Orion for all we know.

As far as the craft having wheels...Nah...It was something else...Maybe even a decoration of some kind... Nibiru...A name used for 'The Destroyer'...It would more likely be a huge meteor for all we know that passes close by every few thousand years...A lot of ancient drawings I have seen show a large object coming through the sky...Saturn...Used a lot in mythology...But not Nibiru... Sitchen was just a 'toad' used to create confusion...It worked well
