Of all the countries in the ME Isreal wants an N-war least of all, one N-bomb could spoil Ireal's whole day. So maybe Isreal doesn't mind posturing, shaking spears and minor conflicts. Isreal has oil/gas now also, so they should like keeping the oil prices high.
