So this Sherlock Holmes is a little bit lacking in deduction.

Jesus Christ was pierced in the heart. He died earlier than the others, and the roman soldier had to check if he was really dead. That roman soldier had practice, because when he pierced Jesus, he hit straight in the heart, and it poured water and blood. The water that poured from Him was the water at the membrane that involves the heart.

The thieves that were besides Jesus had to have their legs broken to accelerate their dead. I believe this leg breaking was usual (at least if the crucifixion was on a friday in jewish areas of the roman empire) since death by crucifixion is slow, and the jews couldn't wait all day long till night since the next day was saturday. But Jesus didn't have his legs broken as the scriptures predicted (in Isaiah, I believe) he would have not one bone broken.

Summarizing: a person trying to fake his death in that time in a crucifixion in a friday in the jewish areas of the roman empire would either be dead or have his legs broken, which is nothing really nice to happen to a person just wanting to fake it.

Jesus was together with thieves at his death, as predicted.

The entire story of Jesus is fake he never lived not even as a normal man.
