Disturbing dream

So I fell asleep to an anime I was watching which I don't really think had to do with the dream. In the begining I the dream I had just gotten married or something and we were like all cheesy love crap. Then, it like fast forwarded to me giving birth to this kid at the hospital but like it was disturbing because there was no kid there just my womb open with torn flesh as if I had given birth to some monster thing but it had left then it detailed ly showed distgusting spider legs like rip through my flesh and I slowly became this monster like creature and my husband was just like looking at me in horror this was a terrible dream and on top of I my dreams are extremely vivid and I do not know when Im dreaming I think at real so I woke up at like 1am in complete sweat and out of breath dbjdhdhxbdhdhdhdh scary as fuck
