yep so true ... my friend and I started about 8 or 9 months ago. Hes down a pants size and I've lost 16 pounds.

When I don't smoke I have a very diminished appetite. Of course when I do smoke I get the munchies.

So in conclusion, even with eating all kinds of munchy shit all the time we are both still losing weight.
