Isn't amazing? Russia builds massive underground shelters under mountains to house her entire population and here in the US we get FEMA camps and Fusion Centers to imprison us (and then probably either re-education programs or flat out execution).

Oh what a change - Russia is like the USA in days gone by, and the USA is acting like Russia in the old days.
