Exactly, the NSA spying on the internet was revealed in 2006, and again around 2010. The mass media didn't care about it back then but now the NSA is all over the news. Something strange is going on.

I think this is just a convenient excuse for our cybersecurity infrastructure technology to be "given" to Russia and China.

He's been very careful in what he has released, in my opinion. If the NSA was hacking into Chinese computers in order to use them to then hack back into the USA, that's entirely illegal. And there can be no justification for such a false flag.

Plus, he has Glenn Greenwald, who apart from being a journalist is also an attorney. Glenn has added an additional layer of scrutiny as to whether or not something should be released. And the last time I looked, only about 1/10th of what Snowden gave to Greenwald has actually be divulged.

Derchowitz said recently that the USA over-charged Snowden. He was of the opinion that Obama should have just charged him with theft, to avoid any complications. He might be right. But that comment in CNN yesterday was threatening:
