You are so wrong that it's unbelievable.
In every other country their constitution protects the government from the people.
IN THE USA THE CONSTITUTION PROTECTS THE PEOPLE FROM THE GOVERNMENT!!!

It is legal because Mitch McConnel worked on the definition of electronic surveillance to make it legal. This will be worked out according to how the courts interpret the law and the Constitution. Have you ever seen a ruling you disagreed with? Well you might get to see another one, before this is over. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Kind of like giving weapons to terrorist in Syria eh? Whoops...
