I really enjoyed it. The only thing that made it less than perfect was the word duck in the title. it doesn't fit the message you are trying to give... and it seems profane to use this word around the images of the people you loved. |

Simple, hard working people doing things as a family. No fucking computers, console games or cell phones. Quoting: Condor I edited these from some of the old 8mm film my dad shot. That opening shot is my mom holding my sister as I run around. The building is a car stereo shop my dad, his dad and his brothers opened in southern California. I made the guitar track to fill in for the lack of sound on the films. The false NWO or one world government destroyed the nuclear family for the sole purpose of destabilization of individuals, families, communities, States and Nations. With a weak family, family values are not passed on, instead folks take on the crowd's values....which are injected by the false NWO system of media control. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33509203 That part is hilarious "I have felt despair many times in my life, but I do not keep a chair for it." ~Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes Today is a gift, that is why it is called "The Present" “When an opponent declares, “I will not come over to your side,” I calmly say, “Your child belongs to us already… What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. Now the only things we have to look forward to are more debt, more softkill and more rules to follow. Nothing left but decline, freeloading and more control. Goddamm those motherfucking bastards right to hell, entire generations missed out on any sort for normal existence. "I know that the molecules in my body are traceable to phenomena in the cosmos. ITZCOMING User ID: 12781064 United States 06/24/2013 01:40 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I was born in CA in 1960. Lived there for nearly 13 years before moving to Seattle in 1973. I recognize those cement block walls in the backyards. They surrounded our entire backyard. Every house in our neighborhood had them. We could hop on those walls and walk all over the place and never touch a street. We'd play all day and com home in time for dinner. Mom knew we were safe. We'd ride our bikes all over town and in the desert. We'd catch snakes and tarantulas and lizards and scorpions. We just stayed away from the rattlers. I recall being in first grade, and we had a "lesson" one day on what to do if we were walking to school and saw a rattler. Nowadays parent just drive there kids to school to avoid all the "dangers". And the life lessons that go with learning how to avoid them... Sign... where did my country go? |

What struck me was how young and beautiful the moms were in your film. I was an older mom and I do regret that I waited so long and that mine and all of the other kiddos nowadays have to have such semi-hags for mothers. Every little girl and boy should be able to think that his/her mommy is pretty. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 1444471 United States 06/24/2013 01:58 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Your mom is beautiful! And you kids were dolls! Thank you so much for sharing this. I try as yard as I can to provide a lifestyle similiar for my family, but there is no way to fully insulate from the modern world. Anyway, that video made my day. I'll be thinking of that while Im watching my kiddos at the lake today. Good old fashioned family time. |

Back in my day we had to walk 15 miles in the snow to listen to the newest records. And when I was young all we had to eat were sticks and rocks and we LIKED IT!" Sorry Grandpa the world has moved on and changed. But it is an understandable situation. The elderly in the 60s probably hated all the new crap and yearned for the world to return to the way it was in the 1890s when they were kids. Someday I too will probably complain about all the damn kids and their silly useless technology and loose morals. It's not any worse just different. |
