A lot of them already are. The army has had them in since the 1990s. I know this because I wrote a petition for one guy who didn't think he should be deported. He was a tanker who got his brain injured while loading a shell in a tank. I don't know if he got deported or not.

Don't want the illegals here myself, but I find it hard to kick them out if they have been in the military doing what the welfare tards should be doing. Maybe the US should have a version of the French Foreign Legion?

I blame the welfare state for this. A lot of poor blacks and whites used to make up the migrant labor on the farms because if they didn't find some kind of work they would have starved. Now these people draw two years worth of unemployment, or just live on welfare with EBT, public housing, etc.

My Grandfather and his wife moved here in the 20's from Mexico. They followed all the custom laws and with much work became citizens of this great country.

They had five children, one of which was my father. He was a kick ass salesman and did well only because of what his father taught him. I learned much from him.

I am his son, self employed and reaping the benefits that my Grandfather through his decision to come here, thankfully brought to my life.

My Grandfather brought to me...America and a chance to be even better than himself. I am proud of my heritage, I am Hispanic!

The difference between me and them is I paid into the system, I have worked here all my life and I want an equal opportunity with the legal citizens in fair competition. It's out the door now with this bill.

Why do illegals have the right to vote?? Tell me why? They are not citizens...our government has made it so you don't have to show I.D. when voting ..just answer some questions and they will take you for your word on that...because they rarely check up on it. Why would they do this? Because then they get more voters to vote for their side..Cake and Circuses that's what they are offering the illegal alien in exchange for their vote in our elections to insure their parties re election.

This should be criminal...it is reprehensible that we allow the people we put in office to get away with this!

All these handouts, at taxpayers expense, to illegals when most Americans cannot even afford to go to college and educate their own children because of the rising cost of education! Hogwash!

When our paychecks keep getting smaller and smaller because of rising insurance rates and i mean all insurance rates are rising...especially medical... so we can pay the hospital bills for people who are duping our system? Insane!

And that's just the tip of the iceberg...wait and see when Obamacare gets into full swing...then we won't be able to see a doctor...because most of the good doctors are leaving the country to practice elsewhere because they see our country as a sinking ship and just want off before she goes fully under!!

This all hit me yesterday when i was shopping at our local grocery store and saw two "White" females stop their vehicles in front of a donation bin set up in the parking lot for the needy...both started going through all the boxes and bags taking what they wanted...this is stuff meant to help the needy...not some jet setters out to get free stuff. These women were dressed very nice and drove a nice car...they surely did not need these things..it was sickening to see...is this what we have become? Is this what we will become...dumpster divers?!

I have full respect for any alien who comes here and becomes a legal citizen...i have nothing against any race...but for the ones who abuse the system, of any nationality, i have no respect and am furious with my government for allowing this to happen...and i may add not pleased with the American people to allow them to let these things transpire.

Well, that is a great story and no one faults someone like you who comes here legally and helps build the nation. I doubt if there were any ESL classes either :D. It was the same for Germans, Scandinavians....anyone else who came here from somewhere else. They learned the language and how to do things here.

I worked on a lot of jobsites with Mexicans who were painting, drywalling, framing, etc. Not a one wanted to be legal or stay in the US long term. That's what the politicians don't get. Most of the guys I talked to (yes, I can speak Spanish well enough) were saving money so they could move back to Mexico and build a big house there. They had no interest in becoming permanent residents, or citizens. My guess is most of them are laughing at how out of touch the politicians in this country are. Anyway, that is my guess for why most of these guys don't assimilate. They have no intention of staying forever.

Why do the people in his state keep voting for this criminal? Why? He is one of the biggest criminals in Washington and he thumbs his nose at the American people every time he speaks. How can we get rid of him and other like him? Or, do we keep electing them over and over and watch our country fall even further. This country is becoming the laughing stock of the world because of Obama and his criminal cronies. When will the people rise up and out these people? Or is it too late. And if it is too late then what?

Kill the bill.

If there is unrest, then kill the illegals, and send them back to their counties in urns, and problem solved.

This issues is about much more than Mexicans, but our enemies coming over.

If it passes, there will be maybe 40 million pissed off CRIMINALS + their ignorant supporters.

If it fails and they get amnesty, there will be about 350 million dummy sheeple who are willing to hand over this great nation to CRIMINALS and EXTORTIONISTS.
