Doors lock, accelerator sticks full throttle, ingnition switch disabled, transmission locked in gear, ABS put in slip mode... Only one way that can end... I've seen it happen.
It can be done, it has happened, more often than you think.

If all is done in the post you quoted, there is nothing anyone can do except hang on until the crash.. all of those systems are computer controlled, driver input can be disabled... Good luck if you're ever targeted and are in a newer vehicle.
