I told her no, and she says he is an old high school friend who is just visiting as a friend. Would you trust that. If I say no way, she will think im jealous and controlling, If I let it happen the guy will keep trying to push his way into her life.

If she knows it is bothering you (obviously she does) and she does it anyways, she is going to fuck him. Even if she swears up and down that she wont and "nothing is going to happen I promise" she will fuck him or at least blow him. Then she will beg for forgiveness OR tell you its over. If she is bound and determined to do this, tell her to fuck off. Shes leaving you anyways, and if YOU dump HER you will feel better about it. Plenty of fish in the sea for sure.
