Nothing wrong with doing a high protein diet. Most body builders take a lot of different things, to keep healthy. They go through extreme workouts, and often take preventive measures to ensure a healthy system. Those that don't do that, they usually end up badly injured.

That video is a false advertisement. It is from a 3rd world country where wandering around in filth is more likely to result in infestation than meat eating, but nice try anyway. There are some statistics on worm infestation from meat eating, mostly from consuming undercooked beef and pork. If you can avoid these you avoid the massive infection seen in this video. It's better to consider the humane aspects of your diet rather than be scared into a vegetarian path out of shock value like this. OP, you are not helping others here...

from Time to Time because of the raw Vegetables and Fruits!

Vegans can get these worms too from eating veggies not washed enough that were grown in an area where roundworm eggs were deposited in feces... by animals or Humans.

The only way you are going to get meat worms is if you under cook your meat or eat raw meat. A lot of bodybuilders would probably be the type to just eat it raw, like the old body builders would drink raw eggs. If you cook your meat properly you are not going to get worms.

In the 80s a lot of the business idiots would eat a power lunch, raw ground beef with raw egg on top. I bet a lot of them got worms too. Sushi is also a dumb idea people love, you can get parasites from that too.

It's silly anyway. We have fire, use it.

Ivermectin a couple times a year, along with some detoxes for your organs

California rolls or steaming and cooking it first, tastes even better than raw for sushi. We've made some. Cheaper versions, whatever you can get for some sea food, prawns, scallops. I don't like prawns, sort of sensitive to them. But scallops. Flaked fish, steamed or cooked, or canned. Wonderful. The best taste is heaping pickled ginger huge amounts on it. The taste of sushi to me is that hot green horseradish sauce and lots of ginger.

You do not need it raw.

And to think all he had to do is take some Ivermectin once a month and wouldn't have any problems.

I stocked up on the Horse paste while I could. Been taking it since covid started and they found out Ivermectin destroys it.

You can pick up worms walking around barefoot. Wear shoes.
