The worst stuff is set to go in in his second term and beyond. That was to reduce the amount of fraud and miscounting necessary to get him re-selected.
Obamacare is gonna hit soon.
His EO's will hit in the coming years. He never even talked about them in his first term because they are purely damaging to the USA.
