I put bacon fat on the extra eggs my hens produce. It preserves the eggs for up to a year without refrigeration, and it makes them taste great! I read that one of richest people in Californication in 1849 was a woman that packed drums with eggs and bacon fat. She got a nugget for an egg. The miners had gold, but they couldn't get eggs, so she provided what they wanted. All due to the tastiest animal on the planet! Eggs are just eggs without the bacon. I'm often offered meat by people who don't know I'm vegetarian, wouldn't dream of getting offended over it. Even a muslim wife of a man I was moving offered me chicken.. but I politely said I didn't eat meat, only fish, so she offered me fish instead... no problems at all.

I can't stand 'white English middle class' women in this country.. everything is 'over safe & cautious!' not even allowing the Government to increase the national driving speed limit to 80mph. Women are too opinionated, stopping any progress or risk in their tracks, cos they don't do compromise or give an inch.
