Tomorrow there will be rain from 1 to 6 inches in the Northern New England States. Local news is saying flash floods, landslides, washouts, and mega damage expected.

I'm at ground zero for this.

Real doom.

He covered Nova Scotia for Friday, which I assume is the same system. He is a busy guy, you can help yourself out by learning the names of major cities and provinces that might be close to others areas you are evaluating.

Right now I only care about Gorham, NH. The rivet running through town will probably spill over and flood us out.

My house is in the path.

Fer fucks sake.

Okay. well it is in the same system frankie talked about this morning. I did some checking on weather sites like this one

[link to www.wunderground.com]

I am no Frankie, but yes you are going to get serious amounts of rain, exacerbating the flooding you already have. Even with out high winds or ice, you may have power outages, because lots of the electrical infrastructure is underground, and also flooding can undermine power poles. Drenching rain even with out wind can droop branches on lines and when the entire tree is soaking wet it can provide a path to ground, popping big boy breakers and even transformers on different segments of the grid.

You should get flashlights ready. You should get a windup weather radio flashlight combination ready. Do vehicle check up stuff today. Fluid and pressure levels. you should throw out the older food in your icebox and replace it with some pizza you order right now. Also a bag of ice can hold a box longer than you think as long as you are not getting in and out of it trying to panic/boredom eat. Thats why you have pizza in there and no other left overs that will confuse you or give you something to ponder over when the TV and internet is off.

I don't recommend ordering Chinese food, because a) it is usually pretty pricy b) it does not taste good cold c) reheating it properly usually requires electrical power. But maybe Frankie tells us to do this for a different reason. You order both chinese food and pizza. You eat the Chinese food right away. (before the storm) When it tastes the best. But you also have pizza which is a very different set of flavors you will be looking forward to. And most people think pizza tastes good hot or cold.

Get some durable shoes ready for everybody, and an extra dry set of clothes with a beach towel. one of the bad things about being drenched is chaffing when you switch out of soaked clothes to dry ones but did not dry off first.

The whole austic savant thing is often over done. Just like how parents sincerely feel their child at about 6 month old is the most beautiful baby that has ever existed.

But Frankie is legitimately exceptional in some very important ways. Far exceeding the most of us. It is not my place to curb your pejorative language in this context ...
