So let's talk dumpster diving/curb crawling

Was driving through North Carolina back in the mid 80's in my 1969 Dodge Explorer motorhome. Stopped for fuel and heard that a Rent-a-Center was closing down a couple blocks away.

Lots of folks getting great deals inside the store.

I went to the dumpsters behind the building. Got some tall boys speakers and a nearly new 19" color tv for my RV and brand new rolls of speaker wire.

ive scored so many cool things driving and looking at peoples trash. my friend makes a living doing this and i tagged along because it was actually fun. things ive found and kept are 42 inch plasma (paid 100 bucks to get fixed), early era projector (late 20's or 30's cant remember), good old records, all kinds of thing really. gold chain in dresser which i pawned for like 200. free shit just laying around lol.
