Indeed, why would anyone (who didn't have an agenda) believe anything said on the subject by "Libyan intelligence."

This is just more crackpot journalism, the kind no one but GLP regulars take seriously.

The violent clashes are not everywhere, they are isolated incidents in outskirts of Cairo. Of course if 2 opposing sides demonstrate you can expect that. I do not think it will escalate into a civil war like you suggest in your other thread, that's fearmongering, although there's some people who wish for that in order to get the military to move in (you can guess who that might be). Both sides have to keep their eyes open for provocateurs in my opinion. The Opposition is divided on many subjects, but the majority do not want a military take-over or have old Regime coming back. My hope is it will pass without major incidents, and I'm confident the President and Military will prevent escalations.
