I am confused about something.

If convicted sex offenders are not supposed to be within a certain distance of schools and playgrounds, and have to be on a molester register...then how could it be legal in any way to permit a convicted child molester to have CUSTODY of a child?

Even his biological one?

Is the fact that the child is biological some kind of loophole? What about the fact that most molesters START with their own biological children?

All the "mind your own beeswax" crap aside...WHAT IS THE ACTUAL LEGAL ANSWER HERE? Do we have any lawyers or judges on here that can explain this?

You know, I can't speak to whether or not the guy was actually guilty. But I knew something was going to come out about him being "actually convicted and found guilty of" the molestation.

Because while I am sure there are a lot of corrupt and just plain dumb judges out there, I am 100% sure that none of them would be able to slip a blatant violation of the sex offender laws by in the courthouse.

Look at the little roar they got here. You know, you may have a few idiot judges in a courthouse but there are a few good ones too. And those review and see what other judges do.

For one thing, the law varies from state to state. Just because someone has to register does not mean they cannot have contact with children. The LAW in some states does not particularly stipulate what I have in bold text in the quote from you.

Of course, I don't CONDONE any of the behavior or actions with what led to the guy's conviction... but as AC above pointed out, it sounds like it was all BS from the beginning anyways.

I hope this guy can take care of his kid and renew his relationship with her if in fact he has been innocent this whole time.

Children can't protect themselves from sexual predators. It is left up to others to do so, who care enough. Not stand by and do nothing.

Somebody like this in my community just went down - because we couldn't/wouldn't 'leave it alone'. Couldn't put him in prison but removed him from elementary school 'security guard.' Sickening situation but I will spare you the details.

Personally, I believe lots of the judges are pedophiles, or at least sympathetic to pedophiles. This is not the first type of thing in Oklahoma.

We're on the same moral side-unfortunately, when people are accused of "raping a child" they tend to get convicted by emotional jurors no matter what(they don't make the 6 year old victim testify against the adult). Accordingly, they are told by their attorneys to "take the deal or get raped for the rest of your life in jail."

If you want to control &/or undermine a country but remain hidden, start by controlling its financial, legal & political system.

If you want to control a countries legal system, get into a position where you decide who ultimately dispenses justice (a key political position?).

The same rules apply to politics, law enforcement, the military.. etc etc.

It should come as no shock to anyone now that there are sex offenders at the highest levels, but why sex? Well, that's simple. If you want control of someone, you find a weakness in their character & exploit it. That weakness can't be something like greed because for starters, it would be very obvious that a judge can't afford a private jet for example. It couldn't be alcohol because even the cleverest alcoholic is a blundering asshole once in a while. It certainly could never be drugs because drug addicts are unpredictable & could not be relied upon to function routinely.

So that leaves (questionably) the most addictive thing on Earth: sex. No hangover or withdrawal that would make a person incapable of functioning. It also has the added advantage of being an extremely corrupting potential in certain individuals (see judge named in this case)...

A pedophile.

Make no mistake, our countries are under a corrosive attack from within. Look for the people at the top who decide who does what further down. Find the keystones & then find out who's feeding their particular 'habit'

Its a bad crime to threaten a judge.

Its not against the law to wish or hope a person dies because of standing case law.

Well I think I understand where you are coming from. And I hope you are the exception. I really do. Most abusers suffered the same way themselves in childhood. It's a terrible cycle. If someone is able to break it, more power to them.

There is a VERY good chance that the father was railroaded and convicted due to the mother in the first place.

Juries love to side with a mother who can put on a good show and believe me no child would be taken from a mother and put in harms way without THOROUH checking by the family courts.

Most likely the mom set up the father and has finally screwed up enough that the child is in danger.

Convicted sex offenders adopt kids everyday and now they can legally marry. Homos!

And six years does not cure a child of the psychological problems they incur at the hands of a sexual predator. Most are haunted for life, and many live at a fraction of their potential, or become offenders themselves. The cost to society is huge.

It's too easy to lock someone up and forget about them when it comes to cases like this, unfortunately. ...because everyone jumps on the emotional bandwagon and says "BUT THE KIDS!!!! DO IT FOR THE KIDS!!!" without trying to think rationally.

I was not in the court room , I didn't not hear either case.

It seems that this guy was falsely accused in the first place, hence none of what you say applies in this case.

I won't even go in depth about how the "haunting" you speak of is a result of how Western society deals with such things in the first place.

Again, I'm not saying I condone such behavior or acts- but there are plenty of cultures where two consenting people regardless of age ain't nothin' but a thing.

Perhaps it's "society" that has the problem...

On a level that most people cannot or will not stop to think about rationally, provided two people regardless of age consented to such behavior and it wasn't "forbidden"- there really isn't as much "wrong" with it as one would think.
