I'm confident that Tolec is true to his word, so I am gonna be making a vow here. If by August 5 2013, the existence of Andromeda Council and ETs and the rest including Disclosure and First Contact, are not made publicly known throughout the world, and if such things including the shift to 4D and the departure time for those wanting to stay 3D, are not made public knowledge by August 5 2013, then I will stop posting at GLP for 3 months.........this is something that I'm serious about, since we can't keep on with everyday lives without being told of this.......many have been following this info since late 2011, and we need some progress........

Alex Collier and Tolec have already said the shift to next density would be in Dec 2013-Jan 2014, that means we have 6 months left!!!! 6 months left, and nobody fucking knows about this!?? When I first followed this info in late 2011 I thought the visitations from the Andromedan Council and other ETs would have already been made by now!!!!
