The President of the Unites States has just authorized FEMA to deploy foreign troops on U.S. soil during a mass event that encompasses an any number of disaster scenarios, including but not limited to declarations of martial law. The Emergency, is that when Americans find out finally that thy are 100 percent FUCKED and that their country is gone, they are gonna get pissed and head for the White house for some Lynchins oops, i mean Luncheons...anyway, and when that happens they do not feel that the people they fucked will protect them, so they are making deals with the UN to send in troops to protect the White House, CIA Headquarters and other Tactically essential locations.
