Go to a pharmacy and get some disposable cheap syringe and break the needle and needle holder off, get some decent soft cat food and add just enough water to make a runny paste and suck in into the syringe and gently squeeze it out while just in front of the kitten's mouth. If it will take the mixture it will probably live. If it is so young that it can't then it is going to pass away. Normally they don't poop for the time they are supposed to be on mom's milk as there is a sack to prevent that.

Mix together some honey and water and bottle feed it to him. I had the same issue a year ago and she bounced back. Praying :)

Alright, I got a electric heater for him and fed him some sugar water (about 5%), and it seems to like it, even starting to stretch and yawn and squeak a little.

Hope he'll make it :)

Call the vet, they can tell you the proper mixture of milk (pet milk, I think)& caro syrup...I think that's all that goes in the mixture..you can also give it a little coloidal silver. Good luck to you & your newfound kitteh.

It is most likely dehydrated. Ask the vet about giving it laqctated ringers(IV is necessaqry) to stabilize it and then the appropriate formula.
IN the ionterim, goats milk from your finger tip and encouraging it via asking it to help itself. Cats are amazing and if you can etaqblish a connection it may risze to the occasion.
