now do you mean "racist" as a legal term or are you referring to any act made by someone based on the race of someone?

also because species of humans have been mixing for centuries and what we have now is no longer any pure species we are no longer sure wtf race means.. so could you clarify that one.

OP maybe you should chime in here as well explain to us what is race.. because a colour is not a race, I don't have access to peoples internal skull and DNA data so I'm having a hard time identifying someone's "race" based on visual appearance.

also some "race" don't even have a specific appearance or DNA or skull type.. like "jews" or "native indian" for example
