It would probably be a good idea to check the company policy for "on premise behavior" or something similar.

Since you weren't on the clock during that break, but you were on the company property.

If you are disciplined or your employment it terminated, (and the Asian folks who voiced their opinion are not treated the same as you) I would consider filing charges of discrimination against that employer.

No matter what, I would be looking for another employer. One that is less insane, if possible.
