I accidentally allowed a small rug to accidentally fall over top of my license plate, when I closed the tail gate to my truck.
Then, I got onto a toll road, and when I got off, I corrected the accident.
I still got a fee notice in the mail.
So this means that -either the rug flapped up and allowed detection, or the detector detected through the rug.
