You are correct, it is certainly the strangest part, that's for sure. However it's still the mask that frightens me the most, as this is either an embodiment of Satan (as he will often appear masked or in an ambiguous form to deceive or earn trust)or a symbol representing the Illuminati high council. And, I'm still sure if you play that part backwards, and probably slowed down a bit, you will hear some really terrifying message.
