Re: Where do you stand
I stand for doing what's right.
Mind you I do not mean doing the nice thing; I mean doing the right thing.
A righteousness that cannot be debated.
A voice that is in all of man. Though it speaks always at the same volume, some have chosen to tune it out.
Regardless if you're paying attention. It is there, and it does not like to be ignored.
I believe that I believe when we all start doing what we know is right (alongside fighting ignorance), the rest will two into place.
I think that's what I think.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 40910377

good thinking!

The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.” – Carl Sagan

Re: Where do you stand
the thread is full of plastic, just like the mountains of plastic floating in the ocean

Make a thread named, are you good
 Quoting: Balloons

I don't want a thread named are you good because inheritantly most think they are. I want to know what people stand for and why. I'm not good. I have transgressions, I falter, that's to be expected, but what do I strive to be, what do I represent. So many things are hidden, on purpose. If we knew all the answers we seek then our development would be plastic, manufactured. Good, I'll take bad but trying real hard any day, that's real, and that's what we are all going through. Thanks for your post, peace my friend!

I stand alone. Surrounded by people so consumed with selfishness they rationalize away morality. I speak my mind honestly and have been ostracized for it. I worry about people who could give a shit less about me. I ask people to help save themselves, and they tell me to worry about myself.

Trying to live honestly and morally has lost me everything, including my home. I stand tired.

I will stand with you.

This is an open thread for those to express where their heart and soul lie!
I'm an old GLPer, and have went through spiritual and mental change throughout these years.
I believe in honesty and integrity, and wish I could follow these moral codes more than I do.
This world is faltering whether you can see it or not and we need strong, giving souls of truth and love to make a difference, all I want to know is where do you beautiful people stand, give me your dreams for change and how it can be accomplished.
Open your eyes to what is going on, the real truth!

Just some wonderful answers here that touched my heart.
I'll try to answer a straight way I hope those that see more- will understand.

I'm going to wait on the eternal things that only Jesus Christ can give
(Just wait!)
The second earth is going to last forever
I'll wait
wont you?
Nothing here that compares to eternity
when it's only just for a little time
Yea, I'll wait...
Jesus is truly all we need.

I could really get into the evolution of our current human state with that statement but will, and need to, refrain. This topic isn't ready to be discerned until we realize the complete complex bullshit we've been fed, and now we get to where I wanted to go with this!
