If they can get this in (and I don't know why they wouldn't be able to - Serino's FBI interview), then I think it'd be game over.

During the police interview with GZ, Serino "bluffed" and told him that it was highly likely that TM had the entire incident on video recorded on his cell phone.

GZ said " thank God". Serino stated he was relieved and hopeful the incident was recorded.



When asked what that meant to him, serino stated GZ was either telling the truth...or a pathological liar. Omara stated all GZ testimony had been truthful, corroborated and consistent. Serino agreed and said he believed he was telling the truth the entire time.

Getting interesting. would reasonable doubt include the thesis that charges were brought for political reason. Can the defense ask the investigators regarding how they went from thinking there was no case to actually charging?
