This is like the bank website outages we've experienced recently. And for what it's worth, "V" on H and H said this would keep happening, and that it's not an accident or "computer problems". Bad feelings about this...  Snowden said all the spying causes glitches. Maybe true, maybe not. well...now THAT would make sense. i started having these types of problems back in 2009 / 2010 and blamed my hacker ex-husband. my security code for calling to get status disappeared than re-appeared....the "big" bank could not explain it. my card would not work / be declined when i had money in the acct - this is still on-going now every now and then. i am working toward cash only, which is why thankfully i've not been stuck without a means to pay. still have to pay rent and bills with checks though. NSfuckingA cannot hack cash in your hand!
