Some fucker turned my cats in to animal control because they got out of the unfenced yard. He asked if I wanted to turn them in so they could be destroyed, My reply was "I don't see that happening really." Not another word he just walked away. Oh yeah, not only destroy them but charge me $100 per cat to do it. Now I built them a playroom in the full undeveloped basement and a crude pen next to the house.

Out of the landlord and the 7 lawyers I mailed pics to of the black mold not one is on the wagon to get it fixed but let a cat off the property and Swat shows up in less than 15 minutes. (slight exaggeration, lol)

The dog wasn't attacking anybody, any one of the cops could have grabbed the leash and led him away to be tethered to a post or some other solid object.

Sorry but it's not up to anyone to be taking into account if someones dog is aggresive or not. If you have an aggressive dog be sure to keep it under control otherwise the police or someone else may kill it and you will have no one to blame other than yourself.

That was really disturbing. Regardless of what the owner did, that dog was just doing what dogs do best, being protective and loyal to their alpha. It breaks my heart to see this.

A video shown here in LA shows the dog jumping for the officers arm and looks as if the dog was able to take at least one bite.

I am an animal lover and I have taken in more stray animals than I care to admit. I have a guard dog as well and I would NEVER stroll my guard dog around a bunch of cops trying to do their job. I care far too much for my animals, this guy wasn't thinking about his dog. I blame the dog's owner

The point wasn't about any kind of if it attacks me, kill it. The point was threefold.

1 - Even at 8yo, getting attacked unexpectedly by such a "bully breed" as one tard put it, it's very much possible to turn a life threatening situation into a non life threatening situation. To be a full grown man and THAT afraid of a dog as to kill it when it's not mid-lunge for your throat is cowardly. There were 10 other possible outcomes that could have been had. All of which would have been better.

2 - Being so quick to jump to violence & disregard another living being for sheer fear of a bite from a dog, while you are in tactical wear and body armor is cowardly.

3 - Being in such a position to protect and serve, yet resorting to violence at the earliest possible moment you can get away with it is cowardly.

The dog's tragic death was both the result of owner stupidity and the police officer not thinking properly (or maybe being too bloodthirsty idk).
