It's a who's who of communist regimes - what Syria didn't make the short list?

Edward Snowden has submitted multiple asylum requests - among the countries People's Republic of China, Russian Federation, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua...

Merriam-Webster's online dictionary defines snow job as follows:

: an intensive effort at persuasion or deception

Operation Snow Job (the latest attraction in the whistleblower circus sideshow) is just the most recent limited hangout psy-op in a series. The disclosures are gross distortions and incredibly misleading — at once overblowing the agencies' reach but, more importantly, keeping the discussion in a post-911 unreality.

The truth is that these constitutional violations (and as such illegal, in addition to being a violation of national civil rights and international human rights treaties and declarations) were part of the buildup to the 911 attacks, and the agencies have a long history of such violations dating back to the founding of the Bureau.

Beyond constitutional law and international treaty violations, these are — and have always been — violations of natural human rights, a founding principle of this nation.

But if you suckers want to believe the TMZ versions, knock yourselves out. Or maybe the story benefits you. Somehow. For now.
