OH..please do! the first season, few episodes is a bit slow..but then BAM..do yourself a favor!

IT really makes you think..and the effects are fantastic !:)

Remember, they always make the first few episodes a bit slow to let you know the characters..this one is a winner, IMO>

the topo is an insult to anyone from Charleston, SC. which is a lowland costal city with sandy soil and Spanish moss growing on every other tree....

the "under the bridge" scenes are impossible in such a local...

I can't really remember how the last season ended.

I thought Hal was going to be the mole because of the implant, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The aliens knowing about keystone is interesting, as it was pointed out that they didn't get the location till after they were in the air.

At a stab in the dark I would say it was the women the main guy (name escapes me atm) put in charge while he's gone, though that doesn't make a lot of sense. Only came to that conclusion from the tiny part that showed them shooting 'that guy' (yeah I know, my descriptive powers are amazing, but I am pretty sure you'd know the part I am referring to). I got the feeling they were female and a similar build to the women I mentioned.

what build?, all you saw was the barrel of the gun and the trigger finger knuckle...how do you derive a female from that?

and yes the 7 month thing was kinda a let down with only narration....

I watched the first season, thought it was average, probably aimed at a younger audience.
Poor cgi, acting, plot development and characterisation. Typical family fare.
I've heard the second season is better so I will give it a watch sometime.

Well, it's easy to understand why you don't enjoy the show due to you being mentally challenged. It is kind of advanced intellectually for anyone with a single number I.Q. That being said, I have to admit that it always warms my heart to see the mentally challenged in a chat forum! Way to go! You're special, short bus special but still, keep reaching for the stars!


On another note, I'm so waiting to find out if the VOLM are really friend or foe!

second season IS better..first season was letting you get to know the characters..but thats just my opinion..IT DOES have very important parts..and hints...

One is..IMO..i havent heard this from any one else..but there seems to be a catholic reference to the believers left.

I think there are more than this..there are a LOT of clues..to real life.

ITs worth watching, and watching close.

I don't watch TV but there are 3 or 4 shows I make an exception for and Falling Skies is one of them. I'm a huge sci-fi fan and quite impressed by how well they do without a huge budget! their budget is smaller than Defiance and I stopped watching Defiance after 6 episodes due to crap CGI and too much boring drama. Falling Skies always has more action with better CGI on a lesser budget.

SPOILER ALERT:
The only thing I dislike about it so far is how this new season began where it was about 6 months later and everything was different... it felt like I had missed an entire season but in reality I hadn't.
