Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1393752 "Gargling dirt" and "rearranging sock drawer" Well, it's easy to understand why you don't enjoy the show due to you being mentally challenged. It is kind of advanced intellectually for anyone with a single number I.Q. That being said, I have to admit that it always warms my heart to see the mentally challenged in a chat forum! Way to go! You're special, short bus special but still, keep reaching for the stars! On another note, I'm so waiting to find out if the VOLM are really friend or foe! thank you, Smashy! I am too!..they are intelligent and WAY beyond us..but the professor in the basement found out they have too much energy..im not really understand this..or what this would lead to. Seems like the Volm are legit..but I guess we have to just find out..im hoping ;) I LIKE them! Charleston SC doesn't have "basements" you dumbass....water table way too high!! LOL! point taken! |

Fast forward to about two weeks ago and I did a marathon and watched all of the episodes to date. I really enjoyed it this time. I'll wait another few months and then do another marathon to catch up. |
Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 32599091 United States 07/02/2013 06:35 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So where did the alien DNA in Tom's baby come from? Doesn't that mean one of the parents - maybe Tom also has alien DNA or that the father is not Tom? Nobody seems concerned with that - yet anyway. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1185601 This is MY assumption..im sorry if its not what YOu think..but she DID take off the harness's of the children.. if you remember..it showed in detail, her doing so. It could be because Tom was abuducted..but im more inclined to her (anne) being subject to the DNA while she had ALexis in her womb. Just my opinion..and seems logical. |

I totally agree with the idea that any alien speies making their presence known would be hostile rather than friendly. We are proof of this ourselves. Capture, experimentation, imprisonment, enslavement, extermination - we always exhibit these qualities and practices whenever *we* happen on a new society, civilisation or species, so why would we expect anything different from anyone else? I love your thoughts, Buck! Hell, we do this on earth!..we kill..experiment, etc...I think the aliens analogy of us is correct..we love war..we kill each other with no thoughts..its horrible, but its true. |

The heavy coats in Charleston, gimme a break. I lived in Charleston for 3 years, you will never need a heavy coat. The coldest month is January, and all you'll need then is a light jacket, maybe gloves. I think the alien baby is a "rip-off" from the V Series. That baby was half alien and half human. Tom did have that little creature in his eye/brain when he had sex with the good doctor. Or it could have been some blood, bodily fluids transfer when his son was captured and harnessed. I think the red-eye skitter did it. Left his own dna behind because he knew he was going to be killed. The first hybrid alien/human save the world type of thing. OP, not meaning to sound cynical, just giving my honest opinion. The president is the traitor. He's sold out the human race for advanced technology. The tall alien wants the humans to wipe out the skitters, so his race can conquer Earth. Okay, enough. I'm sure others have their own ideas. “So comes snow after fire, and even dragons have their endings.” ― J.R.R. Tolkien, The Hobbit |

The V series was long ago..this one is the only good Sci-fi series out there..like it..or move along and let it die for you. The acting is superb, the CGI is superb...there is NOT much out there for us SCI-fi fans.. Where was this filmed..does anyone know. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 32599091 ALien invasion? Post apocalyptic..I mean, IMO..one of the better series out there. Yes..it was directed by Stephen Spielberg..but, its one of the better Sci-fi series out there since Stargate. Not much for us Sci-fi fans till now..
