So where did the alien DNA in Tom's baby come from? Doesn't that mean one of the parents - maybe Tom also has alien DNA or that the father is not Tom? Nobody seems concerned with that - yet anyway.

I skipped it when it first came out; didn't really appeal to me.

Fast forward to about two weeks ago and I did a marathon and watched all of the episodes to date. I really enjoyed it this time. I'll wait another few months and then do another marathon to catch up.

This is MY assumption..im sorry if its not what YOu think..but she DID take off the harness's of the children..
if you remember..it showed in detail, her doing so.

It could be because Tom was abuducted..but im more inclined to her (anne) being subject to the DNA while she had ALexis in her womb. Just my opinion..and seems logical.

Forgot to mention... I totally agree with the idea that any alien speies making their presence known would be hostile rather than friendly. We are proof of this ourselves. Capture, experimentation, imprisonment, enslavement, extermination - we always exhibit these qualities and practices whenever *we* happen on a new society, civilisation or species, so why would we expect anything different from anyone else?

Hell, we do this on earth!..we kill..experiment, etc...I think the aliens analogy of us is correct..we love war..we kill each other with no thoughts..its horrible, but its true.

I see a few things that I might question. Unlimited ammo is one of them.

The heavy coats in Charleston, gimme a break. I lived in Charleston for 3 years, you will never need a heavy coat. The coldest month is January, and all you'll need then is a light jacket, maybe gloves.

I think the alien baby is a "rip-off" from the V Series. That baby was half alien and half human.

Tom did have that little creature in his eye/brain when he had sex with the good doctor. Or it could have been some blood, bodily fluids transfer when his son was captured and harnessed.

I think the red-eye skitter did it. Left his own dna behind because he knew he was going to be killed. The first hybrid alien/human save the world type of thing.

OP, not meaning to sound cynical, just giving my honest opinion.

The president is the traitor. He's sold out the human race for advanced technology. The tall alien wants the humans to wipe out the skitters, so his race can conquer Earth.

Okay, enough. I'm sure others have their own ideas.

I suggest..and this is just a suggestion..that you watch the next episode with an OPEN mind.

The V series was long ago..this one is the only good Sci-fi series out there..like it..or move along and let it die for you.

The acting is superb, the CGI is superb...there is NOT much out there for us SCI-fi fans..

Where was this filmed..does anyone know.

big sci-fi fan here, but couldn't get past episode one, too slick for my taste...
maybe cos I just finished Dark Skies hehe, from which I found episode 1-15 the best sci-fi I seen to date, way outdid the x-files, outer limits etc

maybe on some rainy day I'll give FS another try dunno
